Emergency Communications Services

Red Cross emergency communication services provide a 24-hour link between service members, DoD civilians, and their families around the world.

Emergency communication provides information from the family about the death or serious illness of a immediate family member, the birth of a child or family emergencies.

Red Cross verification provides fast, reliable information to help the military make decisions about emergency leave, deferment, compassionate reassignment or dependency discharge.
